刀具角度的作用

無論用於何種加工，刀具都有三個主要角度：前角、切入角和後角。

其作用如下：

①前角：影響切削力、切削刃強度和切屑流動特性；

②切入角：控制切削力的方向，有效減薄切屑，保護切削刃最薄弱的部位；

③後角：確保刀具切削時不會與工件發生摩擦。

　　通過對刀具的這三個角度進行綜合優化，可以強化切削刃，同時使工件材料能從切削區自由流出，從而減小切削力，延長刀具壽命。
